Established in the mid ’90s, Batavia offers a selection of the best furniture and decorative objects from northern Europe and Asia. They are well known in the shopping circuit, distributing the best international products of the sector in Madrid. Their partnership with Abaton enables them to create full interior design projects, and they have become the benchmark for excellence among the most exclusive venues in the city. We redesigned their brand to reflect their values: a premium label built on the foundations of outstanding design and quality.

Following Batavia’s guidelines, we developed a simple and clean identity accompanied by a baseline that accounts for the brand’s history and a bold geometric illustration: an abstract symbol of a design object.

In addition to this, we selected quotes from renowned designers and architects for a number of print pieces: Charles & Ray Eames, Brian Reed or Mies van der Rohe.
